Pure Strategies works closely with private and public sector senior managers to examine social and environmental practices and to design organization change tactics to improve those practices. Our Results-Oriented Strategy™ involves a multi-tier effort with senior executives, middle managers and line staff. Using audit tools, focus groups, and surveys, we works with clients to assess gaps, develop programs, and implement change. Examples of our projects include:

  • Developing a company-wide sustainability program for Stonyfield Farm that improved the company's environmental performance, internal communication and employee buy-in.
  • Building pollution prevention policies and practices into the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality.
