Robert L. Kerr, a Pure Strategies partner, consults on sustainability, environmental market initiatives, strategic planning and pollution prevention with state environmental agencies, EPA, and environmental advocacy groups. He has a wide range of experience in environmental policy, with a focus on developing opportunities for performance-based alternatives that provide flexibility and incentives for innovation. He has facilitated industry/government/NGO initiatives to seek collaborative agreements on environmental issues. Bob previously worked on environmental and energy policy on House and Senate Congressional staffs, and worked at EPA on the development of pollutant trading programs.
